　　How do you determine the quality of a caster?

　　Simple inventions are often important, and casters have this characteristic. At the same time, the degree of development of a city is often directly proportional to the use of casters.

　　1、Reciprocating wear test.

　　Caster reciprocating wear test simulates the rolling of casters in daily use, caster manufacturers should be two-point test with or without obstacles, no caster or other parts are allowed to detach during the test, and each caster should be able to drive its normal function at the end of the test, and the rotation around the shaft or braking function should not be damaged after the test is completed.

　　2、Rolling resistance and rotating resistance measurement.

　　When the rear camber of the main pin moves or controls its driving direction, it is necessary to transfer the force to the rear camber of the main pin through the object and overcome the resistance. The resistance depends on: the load carrying capacity, wheel diameter, wheel material, wheel surface shape and the rotating magnetic field of the continuous casting machine.

　　3、Seriously damaged or loose rubber tires may lead to unstable rolling, air leakage, abnormal load, and damage to the base plate, etc. Timely replacement of damaged tires and bearings by caster manufacturers can reduce the cost loss caused by downtime due to caster damage.

　　4. After inspecting and repairing the wheel, make sure that the bolts and nuts are tightened and use lock washers or lock nuts on all bolts if possible. If the bolts are loose, they should be tightened immediately. If the wheel in the bracket is loose, the wheel will be damaged or unable to turn.

　　5. Static load test.

　　The caster should always run steadily on the ground, but this is almost a purely theoretical state. Casters leave the ground briefly on jagged surfaces, or over thresholds, tracks and pits. Therefore, when they are suddenly overloaded or three-quarters of the casters touch the ground, they must carry the entire furniture.
