Yangzhou Jiangqing Caster Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer integrating R&D, production, and sales of various casters. The "JQ" casters it produces come in three series with over 300 different models, widely used in short-distance transportation vehicles and equipment such as medical devices, trolleys, supermarket shopping carts, food carts, refrigerators, and furniture. Our factory was established in the early 1980s. After more than thirty years of development—especially in recent years, during which we have continuously invested in upgrading our equipment, refining our technology, and expanding our production scale—we now occupy a site of over 15,000 square meters across our old and new facilities, with a factory area of over 8,000 square meters and more than 100 employees. Guided by Jiangqing’s unique pursuit of quality and unwavering commitment to our original aspirations, and building on innovation and R&D, we combine advanced manufacturing technologies with customer-demand orientation. What are the differences among different swivel casters?
These two types of casters, due to their different functions, also serve different purposes. Swivel casters are suitable for food transportation in restaurants, while non-swivel casters are better suited for food handling in environments with a higher degree of mechanization. Because the materials used in non-swivel casters are relatively harder, many factories prefer these casters—they’re far superior to the swivel ones.
Principle of Antistatic Casters
Electrostatic casters are typically made from conductive materials such as metal or carbon fiber. These conductive materials have excellent electrical conductivity, enabling them to quickly dissipate static charges to the ground and thus prevent their accumulation. In addition, electrostatic casters feature a special structural design that enhances their conductivity and grounding effectiveness.
